Cancellation Policy for Treatments

If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, please contact us at least 24 hours prior and we would try our best to accommodate the request.

If appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of treatment fee.  For no shows 100% fee will be charged.

Refund Policy for Prepaid Treatment Package

For refunds on single treatment or treatment package, full refund can be requested within 14 days of purchase.  5% of management fee will be charged on all refunds.

After 14 days of purchase treatments are not refundable.

Product Exchange & Return Policy

We will not accept returns on opened/ used products. Unopened, unused products in the original packaging may be exchanged/ refunded within 14 days of purchase with the original receipts.

Special order products are not refundable/ returnable.
